Daily Routine- the Sticky Lotion Battle. Solved!

Remember how last month I shared my CrossFit as a Newbie post? Since I started on this new journey, I’ve paid more attention to all kinds of things that I didn’t as much before. What type of work out clothes and shoes, how often I shave my legs (!?! TMI?) and using lotion to moisturize my arms and legs as well.

One of the things that bothered me most about putting lotion on before is that it was thick and made my skin feel sticky. If I applied it right after a shower, I had to wait for awhile to put clothes on because they would stick to me. Yuck. Anyone with me on that? I was so relieved when I tried out Vaseline Spray and Go Moisturizer. It applies a thin layer of lotion and rubs in super fast. No more waiting around for lotion to absorb into my skin. For the record, moisturizing has never been part of my regimen. But now it’s become part of my daily routine. It’s soooo dry here in the deserty part of Los Angeles. I should’ve been lotioning up all along!

To prove just how quick it is, Vaseline came up with this commercial.

Vaseline® Spray & Go Moisturizer is a quick, continuous 360° spray lotion that moisturizes deeply and absorbs in seconds, so you can put your clothes right on and get on with your day! Available in three formulas – Total Moisture®, Aloe Fresh, and Cocoa Radiant™ – this fast to apply, quick to absorb line of lotions leaves skin instantly soft – not sticky or greasy. Hi- I'm Mique (as in Mickey). I started 30days as an idea file a few years ago. After three years and hundreds of ideas, I now realize that I'll never check them all off my list. When I'm not creating, I love spending time with family and friends and long drives, especially if they end at the beach.
