I’m happy to have Angie here for Bake Craft Sew with her cute and simple Pom Pom Wreath Ornament-
Hello Thirty Handmade Days readers! My name is Angie and I blog at The Country Chic Cottage. Recycle a toilet paper roll into this fun pom pom wreath ornament craft that is perfect for the kids. These cute ornaments will look great on your tree and are really inexpensive to make.
Supplies needed to make your own pom pom wreath ornament:
- Toilet paper or paper towel roll
- Pom Poms (in red and green)
- Ribbon
- Glue (kids glue works fine!)
- Scissors
Cut off a short piece of your cardboard roll. Start adding green pom poms around the outside and along the top as shown below.
Continue until you cannot see your cardboard tube. The number of pom poms used may vary depending on the size that is used.
Add in a few red pom poms in various locations for some color. You can also let the kids select a different color if they would like! Set your ornament aside and let the glue dry completely before continuing.Â
Tie a ribbon through the middle of the ornament as shown below.Â
