Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 ½ c bread crumbs
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ c milk
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c milk

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except soup and cup of milk.
  • Form meatballs and place them in one layer in 9x13 in pan.
  • Bake meatballs at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 25 mins.
  • Remove from oven, drain grease.
  • Blend soup and milk, pour over meatballs.
  • Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
  • Serve over egg noodles or with potatoes.
