Stick of Butter Rice

This Stick of Butter Rice is my favorite side dish of all time. It is beyond simple but it tastes AMAZING!

Ingredients

  • 1 c long grain white rice uncooked, NOT instant
  • 10 oz condensed French Onion Soup
  • 10 oz condensed Beef Broth
  • 1/2 c butter (1 stick) sliced thinly

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice, soup and broth.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
