Stick of Butter Rice
This Stick of Butter Rice is my favorite side dish of all time. It is beyond simple but it tastes AMAZING!

- 1 c long grain white rice uncooked, NOT instant
- 10 oz condensed French Onion Soup
- 10 oz condensed Beef Broth
- 1/2 c butter (1 stick) sliced thinly
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice, soup and broth.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
