- 4 Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded
- 28 oz Cream Of Chicken Soup (2 14 oz cans)
- 1 c Sour Cream
- ¼ tsp Freshly Cracked Pepper
- 30 Ritz Crackers (1 sleeve) Crushed
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 c Dried French Onions
- 2 tbsp Butter Melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together shredded chicken, soup, sour cream and pepper.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
In a medium bowl mix together crackers, poppy seeds, french onions and butter.
Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it set for 10 minutes before serving.
