  • 4 Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded
  • 28 oz Cream Of Chicken Soup (2 14 oz cans)
  • 1 c Sour Cream
  • ΒΌ tsp Freshly Cracked Pepper
  • 30 Ritz Crackers (1 sleeve) Crushed
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 c Dried French Onions
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together shredded chicken, soup, sour cream and pepper.
  • Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl mix together crackers, poppy seeds, french onions and butter.
  • Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it set for 10 minutes before serving.
