White Christmas Fudge

- 2 ½ c powdered sugar
- ⅔ c milk
- ¼ c butter
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- ¾ c dried cranberries cherries or apricots can be used too
Line an 8 inch square pan with with foil and grease.
Mix powdered sugar and milk in a 3 quart sauce pan.
Over medium heat, add butter and stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
Without stirring, let boil for 5 minutes.
Over low heat, add white chocolate and stir with wire whisk until chocolate melts and is smooth.
Stir in dried cranberries.
Pour mixture into prepared square pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
Invert pan, peel off foil and cut into 1 inch squares.
Garnish as desired.
