Ingredients

  • 8 skinless boneless chicken thighs or 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • ¼ c BBQ sauce
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • ¼ c honey
  • 1 c onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • sesame seeds garnish
  • green onion garnish

Instructions

  • Place chicken into bottom of 6 qt slow cooker.
  • Mix together all ingredients except for sesame seeds and green onion.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours or high for 2.5 - 3 hours.
  • Serve over rice.
