Ingredients

  • ¾ c butter softened
  • ¾ c brown sugar
  • ¼ c sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3.9 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c cinnamon chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream the butter and sugars.
  • Next, add the eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy.
  • Add pudding mix and cinnamon and beat until combined.
  • Then add the flour and baking soda.
  • Fold in the cinnamon chips.
  • Form into balls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Bake the chilled cookie dough balls at 350 for 8-12 minutes (these cookies taste best slightly undercooked).
