- ¾ c butter softened
- ¾ c brown sugar
- ¼ c sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3.9 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c cinnamon chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugars.
Next, add the eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Add pudding mix and cinnamon and beat until combined.
Then add the flour and baking soda.
Fold in the cinnamon chips.
Form into balls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Bake the chilled cookie dough balls at 350 for 8-12 minutes (these cookies taste best slightly undercooked).
