Cake:
- 15.25 oz Butter Golden Cake Mix
- 3 oz Orange jello
- 4 eggs
- ¾ c oil
- ¾ c water
- 1 tbsp orange extract
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ c butter softened
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 c confectioners sugar
- 1 tbsp orange rind grated
- 1 tbsp orange juice
For the Cake:
Mix the cake mix, jello, eggs, oil, water, and orange extract and mix together until smooth.
Pour batter into a Bundt cake pan or mini bundt cake pan that has been greased with Crisco and floured.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes (20 minutes for the mini bundt cake pans).
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool before putting the frosting on.
For the Frosting:
Cream butter and cheese and vanilla.
Then add in the sugar, orange rind, and orange juice.
