Ingredients

  • Graham cracker squares divided
  • 1 banana sliced into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp caramel spread (below)
  • ½ c sliced almonds

Caramel Spread

  • 8 oz Neufchatel cream cheese
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • c sugar free French Vanilla International Delight cream
  • c caramel topping

Instructions

  • Divide graham crackers into two square sections.
  • Prepare caramel spread and spread onto graham crackers.
  • Layer banana pieces.
  • Sprinkle with sliced almonds (optional).
  • Drizzle with caramel topping.

Caramel Spread

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in ID creamer and caramel topping until smooth.
  • This can be used as a fruit dip as well.
