- 2 lbs boneless top sirloin steak (or flank steak) fat trimmed and thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 in fresh ginger root minced
- ½ c soy sauce
- ½ c water
- ½ c light brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
To cook in an Instant Pot, add all ingredients and pressure cook for 25 minutes. Natural release.
This recipe can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time. Add all ingredients to a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag and freeze for up to three months. When ready to cook, thaw and follow cooking directions above.
