- 1 c butter
- ¾ c granulated sugar
- ¾ c crushed potato chips
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 c powdered sugar for rolling dough in
- ½ c crushed potato chips
- 1 c chocolate chips melted
In a mixer cream the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Add in ¾ c potato chips and vanilla.
Add in flour and mix until just combined. Do not over mix; dough may seem a bit dry but it will be fine.
Form dough into balls and roll into powdered sugar.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and press cookies flat with bottom of a glass.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool cookies.
Melt chocolate chips and dip one end of cookie into melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
Allow to set.
