One Pan Chicken Yakisoba

Ingredients

  • ¼ c chopped onion
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 15.4 oz yakisoba noodles
  • 2 c broccoli slaw
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Mix together onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil into large skillet and heat over medium heat. Add in chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through.
  • Add in marinade and stir to coat chicken.
  • Add in noodles that have been run under water and separated or warmed in the microwave (I prefer microwave method).
  • Add in broccoli slaw and stir to combine and until everything is combined.
