  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c hot sauce (we like Frank's Red Hot or Sriracha)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
  • Shred chicken and mix with sauce in slow cooker.


This recipe can be frozen without any cooking ahead of time. Add all ingredients to a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag and freeze for up to three months. When ready to cook, thaw and follow cooking directions above.
