- 14 oz Pepperidge Farm Classic Stuffing Mix
- ½ Medium Yellow Onion Finely Diced
- 2 Celery Stalks Finely Diced
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 2 c Chicken Stock
- 1 ½ c Craisins
In a medium pot, saute onion and celery in butter over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes.
Add in chicken stock and craisins and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil then remove from heat.
Stir in stuffing mix and combine well.
Preheat oven to 350.
Divide stuffing mixture between a 12 cup classic muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are lightly golden brown.
