Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ yellow onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 10.75 oz tomato soup
  • 14.5 oz green beans
  • 1 c corn frozen or canned
  • 2 c mashed potatoes
  • ½ c cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Add chopped yellow onion to sauce pan and let soften (about 5 minutes).
  • Add ground beef and brown. Drain.
  • Place on bottom on 8x8 dish.
  • Top with green beans and corn.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread tomato soup over vegetables.
  • Top with mashed potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Take foil off and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
