5 Ingredient Energy Bites

One of my favorite snacks (especially post-workout) are these delicious 5 Ingredient Energy Bites. The consistency is like cookie dough, but they are healthy - it doesn't get better than that!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz sweet potato baby food
  • 4 oz carrot baby food
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 3 c oatmeal
  • 1-2 c mini chocolate chips (I used dairy-free ones, but feel free to use whatever you want)

Instructions

  • Simply mix the ingredients together and form them into little balls.
  • You can either refrigerate the power bites or freeze them. I like them better when they are frozen.
