Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 14 oz sliced new potatoes (including liquid)
  • 14 oz tomato sauce
  • 14 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 14 oz water (1 can of water)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Brown the meat with onion and garlic.
  • Then add all other ingredients and anything else from the fridge that you feel like adding (zucchini, beans, different veggies).
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 -35 mins.
  • Serve with salad and rolls.
