Triple Blueberry Buckle Recipe

FOR THE BATTER:
- ¾ c sugar
- ¼ c butter
- 1 egg
- ½ c milk
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 c berry blend (I used the frozen triple berry blend from Costco but you can use any frozen or fresh berries you have on hand)
FOR THE TOPPING:
- ½ c sugar
- ⅓ c sifted flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ c butter softened
Mix together the sugar, butter, and egg.
Stir in the milk.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir well.
Toss the berries with a little bit of flour and add them to the batter.
Place the batter in a greased and floured 9x9 pan.
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter.
Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes.
