Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz snow peas
  • 2 carrots peeled and shredded
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • ¼ c honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on "low" setting for 6 hours.
  • Shred chicken and stir with sauce in slow cooker.

Notes
