- ½ c butter softened
- 1 c brown sugar
- ¾ c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 c mini milk chocolate chips
- 1 c white chocolate chips
- ½ c Andes peppermint chips (sold in the baking aisle)
Place butter and sugars into your mixer and beat until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla and continue to beat until fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Add flour, baking powder, and salt and blend until just combined.
Fold in your chips.
Press dough into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350. Edges will be slightly brown.
Let sit for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
