Topping:

(3 sticks), softened

Instructions
Cupcakes:
Combine the ingredients and mix until smooth. The batter will be fairly thick.
Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin tins.
Bake for 18-22 minutes (err on the side of shorter - I do 18 minutes exactly) at 350 degrees.
Topping:
Mix ingredients.
Pipe the frosting onto your cupcakes.
Add your favorite sundae toppings - hot fudge (store bought or homemade), rainbow sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry.
Notes
Don't top with the whipped cream until you are ready to serve, or put them straight in the fridge.
