- 3/4 c butter softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP cinnamon sugar mix
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 9x9" or 8x11" pan with cooking spray.
Beat butter and both sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla and beat until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until combined.
Press batter into prepared pan with hands or the back of a buttered spoon.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake until golden brown for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
