- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Asian Chile Pepper Sauce or more to taste
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Mix together all ingredients but chicken.
Place mixture and the chicken into a bowl or zippered plastic bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to overnight.
Grill unto chicken is cooked through.
