  • 2 c chocolate chips (milk, dark white or semi-sweet chocolate)
  • 1 tsp flavor extract (mint, peppermint or other flavor extract); optional
  • Assorted toppings: candy canes, crushed peppermint candies, chocolate mints, etc.
  • Disposable spoons
  • Marshmallows


  • Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave at 70% power for 1 minute; stir.
  • Microwave on high for 15 second increments; stir. Repeat until completely melted.
  • Spoon into mold (silcone or ice cube tray).
  • Insert disposable spoon.
  • Add desired topping.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 30-40 minutes.
  • To serve, mix into 1 cup of hot milk.
