Crockpot Cool Ranch Tacos
Mix up the ingredients for these Crockpot Cool Ranch Tacos ahead of time and then toss them in the crockpot when you’re ready for a scrumptious meal!
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 oz taco seasoning (1 packet)
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning (1 packet)
Combine all ingredients in a bag and freeze.
Cook on low for 8 hours in a 4-quart crockpot or 4 hours in a 6-quart crockpot.
Shred chicken and serve on tortillas with cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
