Crockpot Pulled Pork
Crockpot Pulled Pork is a super easy way to make a yummy dinner for your crowd!
- 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder roast fat trimmed
- 1 yellow onion peeled and cut in half
- ¼ c apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bag and freeze.
Cook on low for 8 hours in a 4-quart crockpot or 4 hours in a 6-quart crockpot.
Shred meat and serve on hamburger buns with a side of coleslaw or salad (we like to top our sandwiches with extra BBQ sauce too).
