Crockpot Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Crockpot Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are easy and delicious! They are also perfect for freezing ahead of time.
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper diced
- 1 c carrots (2 large carrots) grated
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ c low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ c ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in a bag and freeze.
Cook on low for 8 hours in a 4-quart crockpot or 4 hours in a 6-quart crockpot.
Break apart meat and serve on iceberg or Bibb lettuce with a side of rice.
