Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes quartered
  • 1 oz dried onion soup mix (such as Lipton)
  • c olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line baking sheet with tin foil.
  • Place quartered red potatoes on lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with dried onion soup mix.
  • Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes until golden brown, stirring at 15 minutes to make sure even cooking.
