Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
Simple Oven Roasted Red Potatoes - you only need 3 ingredients and these are the best! I would eat them for breakfast, lunch & dinner!
- 2 lbs red potatoes quartered
- 1 oz dried onion soup mix (such as Lipton)
- ⅓ c olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line baking sheet with tin foil.
Place quartered red potatoes on lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with dried onion soup mix.
Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes until golden brown, stirring at 15 minutes to make sure even cooking.
