Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Make the perfect hard boiled eggs with minimal work. The shells are easy to take off, the eggs are perfectly cooked and you'll never look back!
Servings: 12 eggs
Add 1 c. of water to bottom of the Instant Pot and slide steam basket into the base of the IP.
Carefully place eggs into steamer basket (don't crack them!).
Line the lid up on the Instant Pot and close it.
Make sure the valve is on the sealing position.
Set time to manual for 5 minutes.
Once cooking is done, do a natural release for five minutes before releasing valve.
Slowly open lid and remove eggs from the steam basket.
Place eggs in a bowl with ice water to make sure the cooking process stops (preventing from over cooking and the green ring!)
Easily remove shells and store or eat.
