Caramel Corn

- 2 qts popped corn
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 c brown sugar packed
- ½ c butter
- ¼ c corn syrup
- ½ tsp salt
Microwave last 4 ingredients on high for 3 minutes or until boiling.
Add 1/2 tsp baking soda and stir well.
Pour over popcorn and stir to coat.
Place popcorn in lightly greased 9x13 pan and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir.
Microwave 2 minutes. Stir.
Microwave 1-2 minutes.
Taste test for crunchiness.
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
