Artichoke Cheese Bread
Easy, cheesy, tasty and perfect as an appetizer for your next party – this Artichoke Cheese Bread is a must try!
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 c mozzarella and parmesan cheese blend finely shredded
- 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 8 oz water chestnuts drained and chopped
- 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
Mix all ingredients together except for bread.
Spread on 2 halves of bread.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
