These Caramel Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies are SO yummy! They’re very similar to my favorite chocolate chip cookies but they have a little something extra.

- 1 c unsalted butter softened (not melted)
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- ¾ c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 c flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 5.75 oz Ghiarardelli milk chocolate chips (½ package)
- 1 ½ c milk chocolate chips with caramel filling (I used Nestle Toll House Delightfulls)
- 1 c chopped nuts (I used pecans) opt.
Cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Then add dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips, caramel filled chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
