- 4 ice cream sandwiches
- 15 oreo cookies
- 1.5 qt Cookies & Cream ice cream softened, divided
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Place ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the pan.
Cover the ice cream sandwiches with half of the ice cream. Spread evenly.
Layer Oreo cookies over ice cream.
Top with the remaining half of ice cream. Spread evenly.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
To serve, slice into 12 even slices.
