Ingredients

  • 4 ice cream sandwiches
  • 15 oreo cookies
  • 1.5 qt Cookies & Cream ice cream softened, divided

Instructions

  • Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
  • Place ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the pan.
  • Cover the ice cream sandwiches with half of the ice cream. Spread evenly.
  • Layer Oreo cookies over ice cream.
  • Top with the remaining half of ice cream. Spread evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
  • To serve, slice into 12 even slices.
