An Ice Cream Cake recipe that is quick & easy, requires no baking and only 3 ingredients. This Cookies & Cream Cake is always a party-crowd-pleaser!

Soooo, tomorrow is my birthday (yay!) and to celebrate I thought I’d share the easiest, quickest and tastiest 3-ingredient ice cream cake you will ever serve. This Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Cake takes 3 store-bought ingredients and turns it into a divine dessert. It’s always a crowd-pleaser!
Ice Cream Cake
You’ll need 4 ice cream sandwiches, 15 Oreo cookies and 1.5 quart of softened cookies & cream ice cream (my favorite is Breyer’s Oreo Blast).
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Place 4 ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the pan.
Cover the ice cream sandwiches with HALF of the 1.5 quart of cookies & cream ice cream. Spread evenly.
Layer 15 Oreo cookies over ice cream.
Top with the remaining half 1.5 quart of ice cream. Spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
To serve, slice into 12 even slices.
And there you have it. The easiest birthday cake EVA! And it requires zero baking, which is a must in the summer.

Ingredients
