Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 14 oz chicken broth
  • 1 c cooked rice
  • ½ c salsa
  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, broth, rice, and salsa and warm.
  • Slice and add in 1 avocado.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips; can add shredded cheddar (or jack/monterey jack) cheese and sour cream too!
