Crock Pot Pot Roast
With deep beef flavor, salsa and onions, you'll go crazy for this easy to make recipe!
Servings: 8 servings
- 1 lb pot roast
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 c red salsa smooth
- 1 c beef broth
Put everything in the crockpot on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6-8.
Mash up the onion and garlic with the juices.
Serve in tacos, nachos, quesadillas, etc.
