  • 1 lb pot roast
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 c red salsa smooth
  • 1 c beef broth


  • Put everything in the crockpot on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6-8. 
  • Mash up the onion and garlic with the juices.
  • Serve in tacos, nachos, quesadillas, etc.
