Rosemary Citrus Pork Tenderloin

 Mixing a few simple ingredients together makes for an amazing Pork Tenderloin recipe.  Try this one for the upcoming holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2/3 c fresh orange juice
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and pour over pork tenderloin. 
  • Marinate in fridge overnight (or several hours).
  • Bake at 400 degrees until browned and center is done, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Should be 145 degrees and have a little bit of pink in the middle. 
  • Allow to rest at least 3 minutes before slicing.
