The great casserole debate. How do you feel about it? Not sure what I’m talking about… well it seems like most of the world is really into casseroles or really not. You grew up on your mom’s 7 layer chicken casserole or you had grilled chicken. I’m sure there’s some in between. But for the most part, every time I bring casseroles up, people are pretty opinionated. The one type of casserole that most people don’t debate on is breakfast casseroles. Have you ever had a bad one? Didn’t think so. There are eggy, sausagy, sweet, all different kinds. Why not gather them all together for one yummy round up?
