Hey, Everyone! I’m Erin from Printable Crush, and I’m so excited to be a part of the Funner in the Summer Series! I’m sharing this lovely Printable Summer Coloring Card today! Simply print it off and start coloring.
I’ve been coming up with fun ways of entertaining the kids, like the Printable Road Trip Kit and the Family Journal (a part of a fun Boredom Busters kit). I say you can never have too many printable activities!
My kids draw and color all day long. They probably get it from me because I pretty much do the same thing. I mostly draw, though. I drew this with a sharpie, then digitized it and turned it into a card. My favorite thing about this card is that it’s time consuming…and therefore keeps those kids busy for a LONG time!I
I’ve also included this already filled in card, just in case! The coloring page is way more fun, though. My daughter is really into writing notes now. She just finished the first grade, and she can read and write well for her age. She’s not a big fan of math…which she also gets from me. Activities like this are great because they help both sides of the brain!
You can print out an extra for yourself…because you probably need to relieve some stress since the kids are home all summer. I’m a fan of using sharpies, but maybe don’t let your kids use them!
