I have four kids, and summertime is a little bit of a struggle. I’m trying really hard to teach my kids to be responsible and dependable. My oldest daughter wants a phone sooooo bad {she is almost 13}, and I am adamant that she should earn it herself. I think the if she can learn to work hard and earn the money for the phone and the bill, that hopefully {crossing my fingers} she will take better care of it when she gets it. Plus, I think she will appreciate it more also.
We are in full-blown summer mode down here in Southern Utah. It’s HOT. So, we decided to build the kids a lemonade stand so they could learn a little hard work and determination. I bought the kids the ultimate shave ice machine too so they could sell shave ice too!
