If you liked my last banana bread, I’m pretty sure you’ll be a fan of this chocolate chip banana bread recipe as well. This one includes sour cream and chocolate chips. It’s so moist and delicious!
It’s easy and quick to prep…the hard part is waiting for it to bake. It’s worth the wait! My family LOVES chocolate (me? not so much) so they were so happy to have chocolate chips in this loaf of bread.
Banana Bread Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. ripe bananas (3 bananas)
- ½ c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1½ c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ - 1 c. chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Beat together sugar and melted butter. Add eggs, banana, sour cream and vanilla. Blend well. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
