With summer fast approaching, I’ve been pulling together ideas for snacks and ways to keep my kids cool in the heat. Today’s recipe does just that- it’s a good, easy snack and will keep them refreshed. You only need 3 ingredients to make these Strawberries and Cream Lemonade Pops!  They are so quick to put together and throw in the freezer.

I got out my blender (love this thing!) and threw the 3 easy ingredients in there.  Pushed the button and then added the mix to the popsicle bags.  If you are anything like me, you don’t have a ton of time to make  things from scratch, but want your kids to eat well.   Simple recipes like this one take no time and will make your kids day!

This idea would work with all kinds of flavors but I wanted to try strawberry and lemonade.  You could use blueberry, banana, mango, pineapple, any fruit you want!  I once again used International Delight Creamer to give it some creamy, sweet flavor.  I used French Vanilla this time but you can switch that out for other flavors depending on what types of fruits you use.

For everyone wondering where to buy the bags I found on zipzicle’s Facebook page that they can be purchased on Amazon and at World Market and at Bed, Bath & Beyond (in the US and Canada).
