Hello Thirty Handmade Days readers! I know for many of you school recently started. This year I’m a junior in high school and this summer flew by insanely fast! Today I’m sharing a recipe for this delicious 5 Ingredient Apple Toffee Dip. It tastes delicious with apples or these delicious apple pie snaps shown in the picture below. It’s so good you could probably just eat it by the spoon full, no judgement here :).
This dip would be a perfect little treat to snack on after finishing the first day back at school. It would also be fun to give as a teacher appreciation gift! Really, this doesn’t just have to be a back-to-school treat. This dip can be made any time of the year!
I love this closeup picture. It really shows the delicious texture of the dip. So lets talk about the five ingredients that contribute to the making of this dip. Yes, you heard that right: only FIVE ingredients! All you need to make this is cream cheese, brown sugar, toffee bits, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
We chose to dip these yummy cookies in our dip. The cookies are apple pie snaps and we got them at a local store. If you don’t have anything like this it would taste delicious on animal crackers or graham crackers as well!
A couple weeks ago, my brother was at a school band camp. He came home super hungry and ended up eating the whole bowl of dip and all the cookies. He said it was DELICIOUS!
Our family seriously loves this recipe! It is SO yummy!
