Minute Maid has embarked on an amazing campaign to recognize the positive impact that people make on our lives through the #doingood campaign. Recognizing teachers falls perfectly into this because they spend a huge amount of time with our kids and help shape their lives.
We have had some extra special teachers over the years who have blessed our family. From the teacher who took our JJ to away camp in 6th grade (something I never ever thought possible), to another teacher who really pushed our youngest to do his very best and end up in her hall of fame, to those who have been there day in and day out with smiles on and ready to teach. We are so lucky to be surrounded by people who give their all in their job.
It takes a big heart to help shape little minds.
For this care package, I gathered some of my favorite school supplies and always seem to be on my kids’ teachers wish lists:
- eraser
- pencils
- markers
- crayons
- glue
- permanent pens
- a ruler
- scissors
Of course I added in some Minute Maid apple juice bottles and boxes to go along with the apple theme. And I also found an adorable tote bag and roll of chalk board paper.
I went all out, but even if you just simply download my tag (below) and send your kids teacher(s) with a Minute Maid apple juice and/or juice boxes, I’m sure they’ll be thrilled. Even though I love bringing cute gifts and yummy treats, I think that teachers appreciate the practical stuff so much too.
