Happy New Year friends!
I don’t know about you, but my pants are fitting a little tighter than they were before the holidays. So, in an effort to start eating better (with the rest of America), I’m starting my mornings with a healthy dose of fruit. I’d like you to meet my Berry Peachy Smoothie!
This recipe is super quick and easy. Just throw it all in the blender and breakfast is served! It’s great for those crazy mornings when you’re running out the door or as an afternoon snack and it’s only 92 calories per cup!
Berry Peachy Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 c frozen mango chunks
- ½ c frozen blackberries
- ½ c canned sliced peaches (about 5 slices)
- ½ c plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 c crushed ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until combined and smooth.
Nutrition
This recipe makes about 4 cups, which is perfect for me and the kids and they love it!
