Hey everyone! Erin here from Printable Crush with a brand new FREE Printable! Father’s Day is coming up and that means it’s time to fill out some Printable Father’s Day Questionnaires. It’s always a riot reading these since kids interpret things in a hilarious way. My daughter once said I weighed fifteen pounds! ha!
My kids love to draw, so I made sure they had a place to draw a picture of dad in the circle. It adds a little something extra to the Printable Father’s Day Questionnaire, and the pictures are sometimes more hilarious than the answers to the questions! There’s also a questionnaire for Grandpa because we don’t want him to be left out! This would go GREAT with the Printable Grandkids book that’s available in my shop!
I love doing these with the kids because it’s something fathers will actually enjoy and keep forever. We still have all the questionnaires my kids fill out. I’m pretty well known for sneaking some artwork in the trash…otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to move from all the paper in my house. But these? They’re adorable and I can’t bring myself to throw them away. It’s so fun to read through these every now and then so I can see how much the kids have grown.
