Hello Thirty Handmade Days readers! It’s Emma from Crafting{E} here again today! I shared a recipe for this Christmas Snack Mix. You guys loved it, so I thought it would be fun to share another similar recipe. Today’s treat is for gingerbread popcorn.
I have to warn you, it is super delicious and slightly addictive. It seriously tastes like gingerbread!
Not only is there popcorn, but there is a also golden grahams and Cheerios. This crunchy combination mixed with the delicious gingerbread topping is the best combination!
This popcorn mix would be perfect for a neighbor gift. It is easy to make, especially in big batches.

Popcorn Recipe
Gingerbread Popcorn Mix
Ingredients
- 8 c popped popcorn
- 2 c Golden Grahams
- 2 c Cheerios
- 1 c brown sugar
- ½ c butter
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine the popcorn, Cheerios, and Golden Grahams in a large bowl.
- Combine the brown sugar, butter, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a saucepan over low heat until combined.
- Pour the topping onto the popcorn mixture and stir to coat.
- Spread the popcorn mixture out on a large sheet pan and bake it for 50 minutes at 350 OR allow it to harden on the counter (it will be crunchier if you put it in the oven).
