I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — even though I share lots of organizing ideas and binders, I am not the most organized person. I have always struggled with it. But I want to be better. I really do. So I’ve decided that I’m going to gather ideas from the pro’s on how to be more efficient and better organized all the way around. I will tackle one space at a time. Some of them will be broken down to several posts for the space, like today’s kitchen post. It is the hub of our home and where most everything happens. I found an abundance of ideas so I thought it’d be better to split up over several posts instead of one major post. Stick with me and we’ll get organized together, ok?

Group like items together so they are easy to find. No more searching through the mismatched stuff!
Add mason jars below your cabinets for even more space. Awesome. These are not only functional but dang cute too.
A simple way to organize knives. Yes please! Our knives are always 1 cut away from a hospital visit.
Make the best use of your space with a DIY canned food cabinet. This is insanely amazing. I want to make 10 of them and organize my life in this way.
Organize packets into bins and place nicely in the drawers. The silly little loose packets don’t stand a chance with this method.
Make a kitchen utensil drawer organizer. If DIY is your kind of thing, this can be done in just a couple hours.
Take all your wraps – saran, tin foil, parchment paper and use a magazine holder to organize them.
Add some storage to your cabinets by putting in an extra shelf in weird spots.
Use clear containers and label everything. So your cabinets can be as dreamy as these. The tricky part is keeping them nicely organized all the time.
Buy bins to store water bottles in. (And a whole bunch of other fabulous kitchen organizing ideas)
Use tension rods to create dividers in cabinets (or the pantry like shown).
Add sink caddy’s to the inside of a cabinet to store packets easily.
