This post is in partnership with Yoplait.  I am beyond thrilled to work with a company I absolutely love!
It really is the little things, isn’t it?  Those small little details that can mean so much! With my kids back in school, we are now fully into the swing of things with lunches.  My son is actually excited to make his lunch! But adding a little reminder that I’m thinking of him, makes his day.  I’ve shared all types of lunchbox ideas before and this one is a little unique – printable lunchbox wrappers.

I know it’s one more thing to think about, but really, I’ve done the work for you.  All you have to do is print, cut and tape it.  And your kids will adore them! For these lunchbox notes, I used our favorite snack – Yoplait Original Yogurt. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner (I have!).  And the rest of my family is just as obsessed with it as I am.  Truth: when we went to Park City for Drew’s World Series this summer he insisted on filling up on Yoplait at the grocery store.  There was no objection from me!

Our favorite back to school snack- Yoplait yogurt

We especially love peach, key lime pie and cherry.   The cool thing is that Yoplait Original has 6 grams of protein to keep kids fueled all day.  That’s so important for those long days at school and then having after school activities.

After you print and cut out the printables, you can handwrite an extra note on these notes.  Or they are cute enough to leave alone too.  That’s your call.

OTHER LUNCHBOX IDEAS:

  • Granola bars
  • Homemade Graham Crackers
  • Muffins – I have a lot of muffin recipes but this one is a favorite!
  • Fruits and vegetables – remember to use some small sauce containers to bring dip (helps encourage kids to eat more veggies!)

I love this! I reserve notes in the lunchbox for special days or days when I think they need some extra lovin’. Mainly because of the time it takes. But, if these were ready to go it wouldn’t take any time at all! My kids will love it!

(Like Mickey!) I started 30days several years ago as my idea file. After 9 years and thousands of ideas, I realize I’ll never be able to check them all off my list.
